Well this is officially, by far the most beautiful album I've ever heard in doom metal. The drumming work is so original and innovative, especially in doom metal. The woodwinds and the violins are such a nice touch. The growls are so haunting. I love their transitions to the heavy instrumentation with the growls to the soft, melancholic clean passages. The clean voices are amazing and the melodies chosen in the voices are quite different and added a whole new emotion to the songs Andrew Derksen
A foreboding black-doom metal dirge, meditating on a dark world caked in ash, resulting from all the Earth’s nuclear arsenal detonating at once. Bandcamp Album of the Day Jun 14, 2018
An ambitious, yet tightly executed, death metal debut that trades in crushing riffs, funereal effects, and even the odd Shakespeare quote. Bandcamp New & Notable Jan 25, 2023
Gothic doom metal at its best. Like a contemplative journey through dark, cold and windy woods, its tunes will make you travel distances with your oniric imagination. Caroline's voice is sublime but Matthieu's one, God it's perfect!! Grewon
